Schruns is the perfect starting point for winter adventures of all kinds. In the morning, the ski bus departs directly from the hotel and takes you to the nearby valley station of the Hochjochbahn or the Zamangbahn. In the afternoon, the bus brings you directly back to the hotel. The current ski bus schedule is available at the hotel.

Do you want to carve your turns in fresh snow? Or go on a ski tour? Then the ski areas around Schruns are the perfect place for you! Modern cable cars and lifts, along with slopes for every level, await you. With 73 lifts and about 200 kilometers of pistes, an unforgettable skiing holiday is guaranteed. Right in Schruns, the professional Alpine Sports Center at Hochjoch-Kapell is available if you need expert advice or sports equipment. No matter which winter sport you choose, you can look forward to plenty of fun and pure enjoyment in the mountains. And afterwards, there’s the opportunity to end the day with après-ski!a

Cross-country skiing & hiking

Extensive cross-country skiing trails in Schruns provide an unforgettable experience. A particularly special route is the “2000” trail on the frozen Silvretta Lake – a unique experience in the high alpine mountains that allows you to breathe deeply and truly arrive! For those who prefer to stay closer to the ground, the beautiful panoramic trail on Kristberg is an ideal choice. For those who don’t want to cross-country ski or ski at all, or are simply looking for a change, there are 40 kilometers of cleared hiking paths to enjoy. Strolling through the snowy landscape, breathing in the fresh winter air, and basking in the sunshine – simply wonderful! Snowshoe hikers are also guaranteed to have a great time in Montafon.
