Breakfast — a good start to the day in the Montafon

Breakfast at Montjola Nova offers a well-considered selection: fresh bread and pastries, fruit, regional specialities and lighter options for an active start to the day. Everything is in place to begin the morning unhurried and well nourished.

Sweet moments in the afternoon

After time spent outdoors or a walk through Schruns, a pause feels particularly welcome. In the afternoon, small sweet treats are served — a quiet moment of pleasure and a chance to slow down.

Dinner — five courses to end the day well

In the evening, a five-course menu awaits, with a choice of dishes and a fresh salad buffet. Our kitchen works with seasonal ingredients, varied flavours and a few international touches. If you wish, we’re happy to recommend a good bottle of Austrian wine or something from further afield.

Ambiance – Dining room & sun terrace

Meals are served in our comfortable dining room or, on warm summer days, outside on the sun terrace overlooking the Montafon. It’s a place to enjoy good food, share the day’s stories — or simply let the evening unfold at its own pace.
